A Blast from the Past
Sieving through the Maplewood backups I came across a project that I was working on with a old singer/song writer friend of mine called Ally James back in spring 2009, I had meet her back in 2002 when I drummed for her project ‘AJ’. We had a few things brewing but we completed this track called ‘Gone’ ready for the summer of 2009. We set out with the classic driving down the freeway, hood down, feel good vibe concept for the track and it certainly has this feel, have a listen and see what you think!
‘Gone’ was written and performed by Alison James & Paul Annis and recorded at Maplewood Studio. Additional electric guitar parts were later put down by Daniel Taylor.
